A short, ordered list of what to do before our first consultation. Most clients finish steps 1 through 4 in under 30 minutes total. Take your time, do them in order.

Before you start

Download the MyPTHub app and log in with the same email you used at checkout. You'll be asked to set a password the first time.

Your four steps

Step 1

Build your habits plan

A short questionnaire about your weight, breakfast preferences, training level, and a few other anchors. You'll receive a personalized 7-day Blueprint by email within 24 hours so you can start the habits before our first call.

Fill out the anamnesis form

Your medical and lifestyle background. This is what I read before we meet, so the more thorough you are, the more useful our first call will be. About 10 minutes.

Take your photos and measurements

These are your baseline. Save them inside MyPTHub under your profile so they live with the rest of your data and we can compare progress over time.
