A short, ordered list of what to do before our first consultation. Most clients finish steps 1 through 4 in under 30 minutes total. Take your time, do them in order.
Before you start
Download the MyPTHub app and log in with the same email you used at checkout. You'll be asked to set a password the first time.
Your four steps
Step 1
Build your habits plan
A short questionnaire about your weight, breakfast preferences, training level, and a few other anchors. You'll receive a personalized 7-day Blueprint by email within 24 hours so you can start the habits before our first call.

Fill out the anamnesis form
Your medical and lifestyle background. This is what I read before we meet, so the more thorough you are, the more useful our first call will be. About 10 minutes.

Take your photos and measurements
These are your baseline. Save them inside MyPTHub under your profile so they live with the rest of your data and we can compare progress over time.
Photos
- Wear a sports crop and shorts (or bikini) for women, shorts only for men.
- Stand against a plain wall in good light, no clutter behind you.
- Three angles: front, side, back.
- Do not take a selfie. Set your phone on a ledge or stack of books and use the shutter timer.
Measurements
Seven body sites, taken weekly at the same time and same conditions. Tape parallel to the floor on every site.
- Neck — just below the larynx. Look straight ahead.
- Chest — at the nipple line (men) or fullest bust (women). Arms relaxed at sides.
- Arm — mid-biceps, halfway between shoulder and elbow. Arm relaxed, not flexed.
- Waist — narrowest point of the abdomen, about 1 in above the navel. Exhale gently.
- Hips — around the widest point of the glutes. Feet together, weight even.
- Leg — mid-thigh, halfway between hip crease and top of kneecap. Stand relaxed.
- Calf — widest point of the calf. Weight evenly on both feet.
